Psychologists study cognitive, emotional and social processes and human behavior by observing, interpreting and recording how people relate to one another and their environments. These professionals can work independently in private practice or as a member of a healthcare team. Additionally, psychologists can collaborate with social workers and teachers or conduct research.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree, you are prepared to pursue a number of career fields or apply to graduate school. Students interested in becoming an Art Therapist can pursue the Lourdes Pre-Art Therapy Concentration.
